Kim has over 30 years experience including over 15 years at senior/executive management level in a variety of medium to large organisations, managing geographically dispersed teams of 100+ staff.
Kim’s passion is introducing change and improvement. She has extensive experience initiating and implementing all aspects of the organisational change process – technical, behavioural and cultural - from both project and line management perspectives. She is recognised as consistently delivering first class service and well-managed IT and business-based initiatives.
Kim has outstanding experience in both government and private enterprise where she has worked in a variety of industries including IT, mining, energy and finance. Kim is recognised for her practical approach underpinned by a broad and deep knowledge of best practice frameworks and her ability to integrate and harness these frameworks to bring about organisational improvement.
Kim has a distinguished record as a teacher of enterprise best practice frameworks including ITIL (all levels), Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile and PMBoK), Programme and Portfolio Management (MSP, MoP, P3O), Change Management, Benefits Management, Facilitation, Business Analysis and IT Governance (COBIT). She uses her real-world experience to bring these frameworks to life and to make the theory relevant to all participants.
